How the Guaranteed Results Service works:

Remember, we guarantee that our clients achieve top 10 positions like these #1 rankings.

6 Month Optimization Contract

• We work with you to identify the best keywords or keyword phrases for your e-business goals which will be known as the "guaranteed keywords"
• We will implement the keywords throughout your site, conduct other optimization efforts and changes to your site as necessary, submit your site to the search engines and create a reciprocal link exchange if appropriate.
• We will monitor, analyze and fine-tune your site over the following weeks and months to bring your search engine ranking as high as possible.
• We will install and monitor visitor tracking on your site and provide you with personalized access so you can see the results of the optimization.
• We will provide you with monthly (or more frequent) reporting of your web site's performance in the search engines and your visitor statistics.
• After the initial setup payment, you will not be required to pay again until your site achieves at least 2 placements in the top 10 results for any of the "guaranteed keywords" in either of the major search engines (Google, MSN or Yahoo).
• Our goal is to achieve satisfaction for you. We will not stop monitoring and fine-tuning your position just because we hit the "guaranteed keyword" targets. We will continue working for higher rankings until the end of our service term.
• We must have permission to access your web server to install and modify pages.
• The guaranteed service carries a reciprocal six-month term commitment. The six months are measured by performance of the "guaranteed keywords" and therefore:
  1. 1. Ahead of the Web is obligated by this agreement to provide continual service until six months of the guaranteed ranking levels are achieved for the "guaranteed keywords" regardless of how long that takes (subject to #7 below).
  2. 2. The client's obligation is to pay Ahead of the Web for each of the six months in which the ranking levels are achieved for the "guaranteed keywords" regardless of how long that takes (subject to #7 below).
  3. 3. The first month, as measured for the purposes of this agreement, begins when work commences on the optimization campaign.
  4. 4. The second, and subsequent months are measured and invoiced from the date on which the guaranteed ranking levels are first reported as achieved, and shall continue from month to month until 5 more months have been achieved and paid.
  5. 5. In the event that ranking levels drop below the guaranteed levels in subsequent months, the measurement and invoicing shall resume on the date that they are next reported as achieved.
  6. 6. The second month's invoicing shall not occur sooner than 30 days from the commencement of this service agreement, even if the ranking levels are achieved before that date.
  7. 7. This agreement for service can be terminated only in either of the two following circumstances:
     1. i. By written mutual consent of both parties, or;
        ii. If 12 consecutive months elapse without having achieved the guaranteed rankings.

We guarantee your satisfaction and we take the risk - what could be better than that?

Payment and Service terms:

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars [1] and are subject to GST [2]
• Payment is required as follows:
  1. First payment of $750 (Approximately $780 USD) in advance at time of order ($750 + GST)
  2. Five (5) more payments of $750 + GST. The first of these five payments will become due when the target rankings for the target keywords are achieved (minimum of 30 days from the commencement of the service). The remaining monthly payments will be invoiced at 30-day intervals (subject to maintaining the targeted rankings).
  3. In the unlikely event that your site does not achieve the targeted rankings we will continue to provide our services for free and will work to fine-tune your site until those rankings are achieved. At the point that they are achieved we will commence with the invoicing of the remaining 5 payments (subject to maintaining the targeted rankings).
• To be eligible for this special rate your web site must meet certain minimum requirements for construction quality, text coherency and navigability. Web sites needing extensive re-construction or repair to pre-existing defects will have to be estimated separately.
• If you have a dynamic site, we will create up to a maximum of 8 "information pages." Additional pages are charged a $75 per page set-up fee.
• Your satisfaction is our goal - Guaranteed (see our mission statement).
• We must have permission to access your web server to install and modify pages for your site.
• We reserve the right to refuse to guarantee service if your web site has been previously banned for unethical behaviour, if your web site serves an industry that is frequently blacklisted (such as pornography), or if you are in an extraordinarily competitive business environment (the SEO industry is a good example of this).
